In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the evobat website accessible at evobat.club, together with all sub-pages, services, features, tools, and content made available thereon.
• "evobat", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the evobat platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the evobat platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the evobat platform.
• "Funds" means any balance deposited into or credited to a Player's Account, including any bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by evobat to Players, subject to specific terms attached to each promotion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures designed to prevent the use of the Platform for financial crime.

2.1 Minimum Age. The evobat platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on the Platform. By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. evobat reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification has not been satisfactorily completed.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the evobat Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. evobat is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions. The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. evobat makes no representation that the Platform is lawful to use in any jurisdiction other than those it specifically targets.

3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you agree to notify evobat immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

3.2 Player Liability for Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. evobat will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification. evobat operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with AML obligations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method before making withdrawals or at any other time at evobat's discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.

3.4 No Transfer of Account. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person. Any purported transfer is void and may result in immediate termination of the Account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. evobat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at evobat's discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the payment interface at the time of transaction.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. evobat does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile banking providers.

4.4 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. evobat reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return Funds to the original payment source if this condition is not met.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the evobat Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). evobat is not responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or mobile payment provider.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. evobat may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, cashback incentives, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise. evobat reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus from an Account where it reasonably suspects abuse of promotional offers.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. evobat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to an Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific Bonus.

• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned and may not be wagered or withdrawn.
• evobat reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus or winnings derived from a Bonus credited in error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. evobat reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including where a Bet is placed on an event or market that has been suspended, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

6.2 Bet Settlement. All Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the applicable governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of the relevant sporting authority shall be final. evobat shall endeavour to settle Bets promptly following the conclusion of each event.

6.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach its natural conclusion, Bets may be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. The specific rules applicable to each sport and event type will be available within the relevant betting market on the Platform.

6.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, evobat's decision regarding the outcome of any affected Bet shall be final, subject to review of server logs and game provider records. evobat is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues including internet disconnections.

6.5 Casino and Live Games. All casino and live dealer games offered on the evobat Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules of each individual game are governed by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the evobat Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Placing Bets using funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or Bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or irregular betting in connection with sporting events.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after Bets have been placed and settled.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing evobat staff or other Players through any communication channel.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the evobat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of evobat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. evobat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not systematically extract, scrape, or otherwise collect data from the Platform. You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information of evobat without express written consent.

9.1 Platform Availability. evobat endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond evobat's reasonable control including but not limited to force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or regulatory actions.

9.2 No Warranty. The Platform and all services provided thereon are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.3 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, evobat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. evobat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Commitment. evobat is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its Players seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial distress or personal harm.

10.2 Player Tools. Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly through their Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the evobat support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in force.

11.2 Termination by evobat. evobat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Any other circumstance in which evobat reasonably determines that continued Account access is contrary to the Platform's integrity or the interests of other Players.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds in your Account at the time of termination for breach are forfeited. Verified real-money balances may be returned at evobat's discretion following investigation.

evobat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, evobat will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.1.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the good-faith resolution of disputes between online gaming operators and their players. evobat does not make any specific claim of regulatory approval by any Bangladeshi governmental body and operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection.

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the evobat support team at [email protected] in the first instance. The support team will endeavour to resolve any complaint within five (5) business days of receiving a written submission.

13.3 Escalation. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". evobat will acknowledge formal disputes within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.

13.4 Language of Proceedings. All dispute communications shall be conducted in English. Documents submitted in other languages may be required to be accompanied by a certified English translation.
